ISTEP+ is Coming!
Did you know that…
Students in grades 7 – 12 are allowed to use calculators on certain parts of the ISTEP+ Test in mathematics.
Some dollar stores have pretty nice calculators for, you guessed it , $1.
Students in grades 7 -12 may use reference sheet on certain parts of the test to help them recall important formulas. Download these sheets and review them before the test.
This website provides tutorials, interactive activities, and games that will support student learning in mathematics throughout the year.

Teachers in the Gary Community School Corporation are doing everything they can to support student achievement in the classroom during the days prior to the ISTEP+/GQE Assessments.
Teachers strongly recommend that each student complete the 15 day Countdown to ISTEP+/GQE that can be found under the course offerings for grades 3 – Algebra 2.
